Thryv Australia named Employer of Choice for third consecutive year at Australian Business Awards

  • Written by Business Daily Media

Thryv® (NASDAQ: THRY), Australia’s provider of the leading small business marketing and sales software platform, has been awarded the Employer of Choice title at the Australian Business Awards for the third year in a row, recognising its dedication to building a flexible, inclusive and supportive workplace.

The Australian Business Awards honour organisations that demonstrate innovation, product excellence and employee engagement.

According to Elise Balsillie, Head of Thryv Australia and New Zealand, the award reflects the company’s strong people-first culture.

“For Thryv to receive this award three years running is a proud achievement for our team. It reinforces that the culture we have built is one where people feel valued, supported and motivated to succeed. Our people are the foundation of everything we do, and this recognition belongs to them,” Elise said.

Thryv’s work-from-anywhere model continues to underpin its approach. It gives employees the flexibility to manage their careers alongside their lives while staying connected through mentoring, professional learning opportunities and regular company-wide events.

“Flexibility at Thryv is embedded in the way we work. It gives our team the freedom to deliver their best while maintaining balance, wherever they are in Australia. That approach creates stronger collaboration, creativity and results for the small business community we support,” Elise said.

Employee growth and wellbeing remain central to Thryv’s culture, with initiatives designed to foster leadership, recognise achievements and support long-term career development.

“We are deliberate about how we invest in our people – whether through leadership pathways, wellbeing programs or celebrating milestones. By supporting our team throughout their career journey, we build loyalty, drive excellence and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service,” Elise said.

“This recognition also celebrates Thryv’s culture, our values and the incredible contribution of our team across Australia. When we put our people first, we achieve extraordinary outcomes together.”
