Moody’s Ratings upgrades SeABank’s key credit ratings, changes outlook to Positive

HANOI, VIETNAM - Media OutReach Newswire - 30 July 2026 - Moody's Ratings has released its latest credit rating report on Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB), upgrading several key credit rating categories, including the Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) to Ba3, the Long-term Counterparty Risk Rating (CRRs) to Ba2, and the Long-term Counterparty Risk (CR) Assessment to Ba2(cr); while maintaining SeABank's Ba3 Long-term (LT) bank deposit and issuer ratings.
