It analyses information across your sources and the internet to develop the best response, thereafter allowing users to turn this information into project updates and research reports within minutes with a single prompt. With all these new features, Notion AI for Work helps teams maintain focus on high-value activities rather than administrative overhead.

On top of this, Notion Mail was also launched this year, representing a significant advancement in email. McCarthy emphasises the importance of this development: "While countless tools have been designed to help you build your next big idea, your email has not kept up. We think your inbox should work smarter for you. So we built Notion Mail, the first email that organises your inbox, uses AI to draft responses, and schedules meetings exactly how you want it - helping you create more time for real work."

Notion Mail harnesses AI to organise emails automatically, draft, edit and refine emails based on your preferences. This integration eliminates the need for employees to constantly switch between their email inbox and project tools. By bringing communication directly into the workspace where tasks are tracked and projects are managed, Notion Mail creates a seamless environment that reduces context-switching and accelerates action.

Smarter Workflows for Aussie Workers

By reducing the number of applications employees need to navigate daily, Notion is helping Australian organisations reclaim valuable time and mental bandwidth.
