Service companies are changing the game with cloud adoption

  • Written by Michael Parker

Cloud technology engagement with Riyo and ACE+ is a sign of the services industry’s future

The days of wondering when a tradie or service agent is going to arrive are rapidly coming to an end.

If other companies follow the lead of ACE+, a well-establish multi-trade service provider in Perth, customers will never have to wonder again – and service providers will never have to guess if their customers’ expectations are being met.

ACE+ is now managing its services workforce through an innovative, mobile-first cloud service management system, Riyo, developed and delivered by JCurve Solutions (ASX: JCS) – one of Australia’s leading cloud solution providers.

The move to a cloud solution was as much about empowering its people to be more effective and efficient as it was about gaining a competitive advantage.

David Bilclough, General Manager of ACE+, explains, ‘With service being at the heart of what ACE+ do we had to change the game to simplify service delivery and ensure quality. Top of mind was the ability to support staff most effectively to easily perform their roles for the business and not engage with manual administrative, low-value tasks.’

The use of a modern, intuitive framework to optimise service delivery, save time for the company and its customers, and create an exceptional user experience is now key to giving ACE+ a lasting competitive edge.

It’s an exciting time for ACE+ as it leverages enhanced communications between its office, field staff and customers. The business now has the tools it needs to scale and sell more services, more effectively, into its customer base.

Pat Turner, Business Development Manager for Riyo, comments, ‘The intelligent scheduling and automation powered by Riyo’s logic engine creates a powerful offering for ACE+ - not only with the potential to increase sales but also to create memorable experiences for customers. We’re working together with ACE+ towards service delivery excellence and identifying continued improvements that will help the company stay ahead of the game.’
