Quickli launches new SMSF product as free beta for limited time only

The leading technology provider for Australian mortgage brokers, Quickli, has answered the prayers of brokers yet again with the launch of a standalone interface that consolidates serviceability calculators for Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) loans across multiple lenders, following overwhelming demand from brokers seeking efficient SMSF loan solutions.

The industry-first product solves a long-standing pain point for brokers assisting clients with SMSF loan enquiries. Previously, brokers faced the time-consuming process of downloading and managing multiple lender spreadsheets, each with different policies and calculation methods.

Following successful testing with over 100 brokers in closed beta, the product is available today as a free beta for brokers with Quickli subscriptions for a limited time, giving brokers immediate access to streamline their SMSF loan processes before paid monthly subscriptions are introduced.

Live features include perfect SMSF serviceability across five lenders, full handling of additional contributions, including all relevant contribution caps, and SMSF tooltips and education, delivered in a familiar, straightforward UI.

Expanded SMSF policy coverage, fixed product support, product comparison and more lender options are on the way. Pepper Money, Thinktank, Bluestone, WLTH, and RedZed are the first lenders to go live on the platform.

David Deevy, Mortgage Broker at Financial Engineers said, “This product is exactly what you would expect from Quickli; super accurate results that have shaved down the preliminary assessment process for SMSF deals to a fraction of the time we used to have to allocate. Another absolute game-changer for the industry.”

Quickli cofounder and co-CEO Angus Keatinge said, “Brokers have been asking for this solution for years, and we've invested significant time and resources to get it right. SMSF loans are complex enough without brokers having to juggle multiple spreadsheets. This standalone product gives them the confidence and efficiency they need in this specialised lending area.”

The SMSF calculator launch represents the latest in a series of major announcements from Quickli, which now serves over 12,500 mortgage brokers across Australia - more than half of the nation's broking community. Following the successful launch of Quickli Community, white-label website widgets, and serviceability-as-a-service partnerships with lenders, the standalone SMSF platform demonstrates Quickli's ongoing commitment to addressing every aspect of broker workflow challenges. As the company continues to expand beyond traditional serviceability calculations, Quickli remains dedicated to supporting brokers with innovative solutions that save time, reduce complexity, and enable them to better serve their clients across all lending scenarios.
