The break out star of TV's Million Dollar Listing New York, the world's number 1 multi billion dollar selling machine Fredrik Eklund will be live in Australia presenting his one man theatre show CAPITOL GRAND PRESENTS Fredrik Eklund Live In Australia "Learn The Secrets Of Selling Anything To Anyone". Eklund will join Oscar-winner Charlize Theron and artist Vincent Fantauzzo as a brand Ambassador for Capitol Grand South Yarra, Melbourne’s finest six-star luxury retail and residential development located at the iconic corner of Toorak Road and Chapel Street.

CAPITOL GRAND PRESENTS Fredrik Eklund Live In Australia "Learn The Secrets Of Selling Anything To Anyone" will tour to Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne from 7.30pm on Friday 2nd, Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October respectively.

Eklund will be in Australia on behalf of Capitol Grand which has reinvigorated Melbourne’s luxury property market and set record prices per square metre in South Yarra.

He will be appearing at an exclusive afternoon function in the Capitol Grand Sales Suite, hosted in the Como hotel directly opposite the site of Capitol Grand, on Sunday 4th October.

Capitol Grand South Yarra is being developed by Melbourne’s premiere luxury residential group, LK Property Group, headed by Larry Kestelman, bringing New York-style 24-hour concierge living to Melbourne for the first time. Spread over two towers linked by a luxury retail precinct, the 50-storey LK Tower will have a private entrance, with the Capitol Grand Tower fronting Toorak Road.

Buyers will have access to six-star facilities not often seen in Australian residential living including a round the clock private concierge service and two architecturally designed swimming pools.  Upper level LK Tower residents will have access to an infinity pool and gym located on level 33 with spectacular views of Melbourne as well as meeting areas and private dining.

All residents will be able to enjoy facilities known as ‘The Deck’ where Jack Merlo designed gardens feature private cabanas and entertainment areas, as well as a private lounge.

Theatre rooms, chef-style kitchens for catering in three private dining rooms, wine cellar storage and spa treatment rooms are also key features. Private garages will be offered where residents can also have the convenience of never having to leave the carpark to have their car cleaned, and instead, use the on-site car wash facility.

The 1.95m tall Eklund, 38, has closed over Australian $5billion worth of real estate sales in the ten years he has been selling New York real estate. He's also written a bestselling New York Times book, become an international star through Bravo TV's Million Dollar Listing NY, which is seen in 110 countries worldwide and married his partner Derek. They are expecting their surrogate daughter Milla in October.

His clientele include Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Leonardo Dicaprio, Justin Timberlake and Daniel Craig.

"Fredrik is one of the most fun and talented people in real estate sales today. He always delivers with undeniable charisma" says Ivanka Trump of The Trump Organisation.

"I can't wait to come to Australia" says Fredrik." Growing up in Sweden I always wanted to visit. I'm longing to see the stars of the Southern Cross at night and enjoy the sun drenched beaches during the day as well as meet my fans and check out some real estate. I'm keen to do some business down under!"
