The 2023 Hang Lung Emerald Award presentation ceremony, honoring frontline employees who have demonstrated exceptional customer service, witnessed many nominated cases that went beyond the normal exemplars of service excellence that have been seen in previous years, including cultural heritage conservation and instances where employees provided assistance to the police in solving cases.
