Prvidr Recognised as an Australian Financial Review Boss Best Place To Work in 2025

Prvidr, a leading subscription, customer lifecycle management and technology company has debuted on this year’s Australian Financial Review BOSS Best Places to Work 2025 list in recognition of a fierce commitment to its people and a culture that’s driving growth and commercial success. The company has been recognised as a Best Place to Work in the highly competitive technology category.

Prvidr maintains a high standard of operational excellence by celebrating both cultural and neuro diversity, fostering a sense of belonging underpinned by one of the most progressive and unbiased recruitment processes in the industry. Team members have access to gender non-specific parental leave, cultural public holidays, and tailored flexible working conditions with a focus on output to ensure Prvidr employees across the organisation are supported and given the resources to be their best.  Results of Prvidr’s monthly employee happiness surveys are testament to the company’s extremely high retention rate.

Established in 2014, Prvidr employs 82 people across a range of research, customer experience and technical support roles.  The company’s flagship all-on-one, subscription management platform enables companies, such as financial services, telcos, retailers and utilities to enter the subscription market by selling adjacent products and services alongside their core offerings. The platform comprises powerful CRM and billing purpose-built for managing subscriptions.  Its customers include leading Australian telco and challenger brands.

David Joss, CEO, Prvidr, said, “I am proud to see Prvidr on the AFR Best Places to Work for 2025 for the first time.  We are passionate that the right thing for our employees is the right thing for our business so it is very encouraging to see our team consistently rate our benefits and culture so highly.  As a business, we are laser focused on fostering a culture that thrives regardless of location, one that energises, engages and supports our teams in a hybrid world.

“Receiving this recognition ultimately drives us to keep pushing forward, evolving, and ensuring everyone at Prvidr feels valued and supported.”

In addition to its Sydney headquarters Privdr last month opened its second Australian office in Townsville to serve an expanding customer base and to broaden its recruiting pool for customer service and technology teams.

Prvidr has an initial base of 12 employees in Townsville who will primarily manage the company’s national customer service centre.  They will also be supported by a technology service team incorporating software engineering and technical support.  Additional employees will be recruited as the business continues to expand.

“By fostering self-paced development and authentic leadership, we’re creating an environment where team members feel empowered, valued and engaged.  While we’re a great place to work today, maintaining this title will require ongoing commitment to embedding people and culture into every facet of our operations.  As we mature, staying true to these principles will ensure we continue to attract and retain top talent, driving our shared success into the future,” says Joss.
