Marcella De Martin, Ambassador with The Billy 4 Kids Foundation, Is Excited to Announce the Company Is Providing Thousands of Shoes to Kids in Need

New York, New York--(Newsfile Corp. - October 18, 2022) - Marcella De Martin, Ambassador of the Billy 4 Kids foundation, is excited to announce the company is providing thousands of shoes to kids in need.
Since 2013, Billy 4 Kids, founded by Bill Lerner and Alexson Roy, has been actively aiding the lives and health of children in poverty-stricken countries by donating shoes. Newly named ambassador, Marcella De Martin, wife of Billy Lerner, has been a tremendous force in increasing productivity and making an impact on Billy 4 Kids.

With Billy 4 Kids, Marcella De Martin has completed donation missions in Belize, Haiti, Honduras, and South Africa. In many of these countries, children with improper footwear are exposed to soil borne parasites. This exposure can lead to long term medical issues that would have negative impacts on children's lives and health. Shoe donations from Billy 4 Kids make a large difference in providing a safety barrier between these children and the ground.
On the two most recent missions to Belize and Honduras this year, Billy Lerner, Alexson Roy and Marcella De Martin visited and donated to two shelters. The Liberty Children's Home in Belize and The Sandy Bay Ministry in Roatan Bay Islands, Honduras.
The Liberty Children's Home strives to give children a safe space to be themselves and have the freedom to escape adversities faced. More than 50% of children in Belize live below the poverty line. Establishments like The Liberty Children's Home and organizations like Billy 4 Kids make a difference in giving children a better quality of life.
The Sandy Bay Ministry in Honduras provides a safe shelter for at-risk children as well as a bilingual education with partner, the Beacon School. Billy 4 Kids has partnered with both for several missions to provide shoes to children.
