Before setting up at a market, make sure you know what’s expected of you. For example, you’ll usually need to apply for a stall permit. If you work at a stall, you might also be required to apply for a food handler’s certificate. 

It’s always a good idea to check out the rules and regulations before setting up a stall. That way you are always prepared and also can continue working with no worries.

8. Take advantage of social media

If you’re selling at markets or fairs, it’s a good idea to use social media. Social media can help you spread the word about your stall. So, if you think you’ll need visitors to your stall, make sure you use social media to help spread the word!
